We're looking for a dedicated Handyperson / Property Assistant to join our team! This is your opportunity to be an integral part of creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Full time or option for part time is available for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
Landscaping & Gardening: Maintain our wonderful grounds, ovals, gardens and native bushland in superb condition.
Repairs and Fixes: Tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, from painting and decorating to plumbing and electrical work and basic carpentry. Your skills will be crucial in maintaining our properties in top condition.
Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure a well-maintained and attractive living environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with basic tools and equipment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
