If you are looking for a gap year with a difference and interested in getting hands-on experience in leading camps with a group of likeminded young Christians, then the Summit Program (previously known as the Summit Fellows Program) could be for you. It’s a full-time paid training and ministry program running over either one or two years.

As well as formal qualifications including a nationally recognised Certificate II and III Outdoor Recreation, a Certificate IV in Ministry and Theology (over two years), Senior First Aid & CPR and Bronze Medallion you’ll also receive in-house training covering topics such as Bible teaching and theology, small group and upfront leading, engaging communication techniques and you’ll be mentored by the senior Summit leadership team. You’ll also spend around 95 days on camp where you’ll have the opportunity to share the gospel with around 5,000 students.
