CRU Galston Gorge has a unique opportunity for a hands‑on Property Maintenance Manager to take charge of site presentation and lead a small, committed team in keeping our stunning bushland campsite running at its best.
Your focus:
Lead and roster maintenance & cleaning staff
Keep facilities, grounds and services in top condition
Oversee repairs, contractors and compliance
Manage budgets, purchasing and capital works
Ensure a safe, functional and welcoming site for all guests
You bring:
Active involvement in a Christian church and alignment with our mission
Maintenance / facilities experience
Confident team leadership
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Manual licence + fitness for hands‑on work
